Log In Issues

  • Ensure that the ID and Password have been entered correctly
    Note that some characters are very similar, zero and the letter 'O' or one and the letter 'l'
  • Ensure that the browser you are using is up to date
    Download the latest browser updates from your software vendor
  • Reboot your computer
    Starting from a clean boot will help or alleviate certain issues with connections
  • Start your browser in safe mode
    In safe mode, all add ons, utilities, additional tool bars and extras are disabled
  • Try another browser
    Browsers are usually freely available from a number of sources, Microsoft, Apple, Firefox, Google, Opera etc
  • Run a full antivirus scan from a reputed manufacturer such as Microsoft, Norton, McAfee, Panda, AVG etc
  • Try another machine
    Installed software can stop services from running on a particular machine
    Local Firewalls and Antivirus software can all block site access
